We at mileandmile assure our customers that the delivery of their purchased products will be within the stipulated time and all products will be delivered to customers at the doorstep within days of the order by customers. 

We cover all parts of the India and the world.

• We delivery network reach all and every postal address in the India. We deliver through the reputed courier companies that cover all parts and regions of the country. 
• The delivery to the clients in amerce, Europe and other parts of the world takes place through international courier companies with widest distribution network and own transportation fleet and air cargo services.
• There will be a prior intimation to the client for taking the delivery; however, if there is no response or no one receives the call, the delivery will be left at the doorstep of the client in foreign countries. 
• Deliveries will be on working days, but we also make the deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays in some cases.
• The deliveries are made in the normal working hours of the countries and these working hours may vary from country to country.
• The shipment from the warehouse of the company is only during working days and not on holidays or Sundays, as our courier partners do not take the shipment during these days.

Delivery times
In case of order of more than one or two products, the delivery will also be on different days, as per the availability of the products and difference in shipment days. So our clients may receive more than one delivery of the products to the address provided by them.
Obligation on the part of the customer
We request our customers to provide full and complete address with street number, house number and pin code number for faster delivery. We are not responsible for delay in case of any discrepancies in the postal address.

We take all the risks that are associated with the delivery of the product to the client address.

• Any loss or damage to the product during transportation is of the company, mileandmile. However, 
• We are not responsible for any partial or complete damage to the product or package, after being left at the clients’ postal address.
• In case loss of package during transit, we will reshipment the same product to the client without asking for any payment.
Tracking details of the products in shipment
• The company sends an email containing the detail of the shipment with an ID tracking number, to the client, as soon as the product with secure packaging is delivered to the courier company for shipments. 
• The client can track the progress of the package by logging in MY Account section of our website, mileandmile .com
• It may take some time before the tracking number becomes active on the courier company website.

Delay of shipment or non availability of the products –

• Any delay on our part due to non availability of the product will be mentioned to the client through e mail.
• We will also refund the part of the order that we are not able to resolve within a reasonable time.
